PARING KNIFE FOR PEELING – This paring knife is the ideal size for peeling fruits and vegetables. The blade measures 2-1/2 inches and the knife has an overall length of 6-1/8 inches.
STAINLESS STEEL BLADE – The hollow ground blade is made from surgical grade, T420 high carbon stainless steel that is hand sharpened. The shorter blade allows for easier maneuverability.
R102 HAS BRUSHED ALUMINUM HANDLE - The permanently cast, solid brushed aluminum handle on the curved blade paring knife is designed to be not only visually appealing, but for performance too. This knife has to be hand-washed. It cannot be washed or dried in the dishwasher.
W202 HAS DISHWASHER SAFE HANDLE – The handle is comprised of a black stainless steel resin that can be washed in the dishwasher. Hand washing fine cutlery is recommended but the handle on this knife is dishwasher tolerant. It has just the right thickness for comfort and performance.
