• Will I receive notification or a tracking number when my order ships?
• Yes.  Once your order has shipped the tracking information will be emailed to you.
• Are Pelican cases water proof?
• Yes.  Pelican cases are waterproof.  They are a protected by a seal around the lid.  However, it is not recommended to submerge the cases.
• Are Pelican coolers made in the USA? 
• Pelican's Elite Coolers are made in the USA.  The 14qt and soft sided coolers are not.
• Are Rada products guaranteed?
• All products manufactured by Rada come with a lifetime guarantee against defects in material and workmanship!
